Inconel Steel 600 Mirror Polished Plate
Inconel 600 polished plate is a high-performance nickel-chromium alloy plate that has been polished by precision machinery and has unique comprehensive performance advantages. The plate is made of nickel (≥72%) and chromium (14-17%) as the main components, and is made into a mirror-grade material (Ra≤0.4μm) with a thickness of 0.5-20mm through cold rolling and polishing processes. Its most notable feature is its excellent performance in high temperature (up to 1150℃) and corrosive environment, and it has excellent oxidation resistance, carburization resistance and resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking. After annealing, the material maintains good plasticity (elongation ≥30%) while the tensile strength can reach 550-760MPa. The polished surface not only greatly improves the aesthetics, but also reduces the adhesion and flow resistance of the medium. It complies with international standards such as ASTM B168 and AMS 5540, and is widely used in heat treatment equipment (furnace rollers, muffle tanks), chemical equipment (pickling lines, reactors) and electronic components, etc., which have strict requirements on surface finish and high temperature stability.
