Cold Drawn Inconel 600 Pipe

Inconel 600 seamless pipe is a second-generation nickel-chromium corrosion-resistant alloy with a pure austenite structure in solid solution. It has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, heat resistance, oxidation resistance, easy processing and welding.
The Inconel 600 alloy seamless pipe supplied by GNEE can be strengthened by cold working. During the cold drawing process, it needs to undergo multiple cold drawing reduction and intermediate annealing. The cold drawing quality can be effectively improved by strictly controlling the composition and processing temperature of the alloy. However, when the pipe diameter is less than 3 mm, longitudinal cracking is prone to occur, which requires special attention.
Cold Drawn Alloy 600 Seamless Pipes are widely used in many fields, including curved neck bottles and components in heat treatment furnaces, nuclear reactors, catalytic regenerators in petrochemical production, etc.

Physical properties of Inconel 600 seamless steel tube: Density 8.4g/cm3, Melting point 1370-1425℃

Minimum mechanical properties of alloy at room temperature:
Annealing treatment: Tensile strength: ≥550, Solution treatment: ≥500
Yield strength: Annealing treatment: ≥240, Solution treatment: ≥180
Elongation: Annealing treatment ≤195, Solution treatment ≤185
