Inconel UNS N06600 Polished Steel Plate
Inconel 600 polished plate is a nickel-chromium-based high-temperature alloy material, which has a mirror-grade surface finish (Ra≤0.2μm) through precision polishing process. The material performs well in high temperature and corrosive environments. Its typical composition includes ≥72% nickel, 14-17% chromium and 6-10% iron, which gives it excellent oxidation resistance (up to 1175℃) and good resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion. The polishing treatment not only improves the surface aesthetics, but also significantly reduces the risk of particle adsorption, making it particularly suitable for occasions with strict cleanliness requirements such as semiconductor equipment and vacuum chambers. The alloy also has a tensile strength of 550-760MPa and an elongation of 30-45%, taking into account mechanical strength and processing plasticity, and can be formed by conventional welding processes. It is mainly used in aerospace engine combustion chamber components, chemical heat treatment equipment, nuclear reactor internal components and other fields. It is an ideal solution for the synergy of high temperature, corrosion and clean environment.
