INCONELalloy690 (UNS N06690/W.Nr.2.4642) is a high chromium nickel alloy with excellent resistance to corrosive aqueous media and high temperature atmospheres. In addition to corrosion resistance, Alloy 690 offers high strength, good metallurgical stability and good manufacturing characteristics. The large amount of chromium content gives the alloy the oxidation resistance of alloy690 and the ability to withstand high-temperature oxidizing gases. The high content of nickel imparts resistance to stress corrosion cracking in chlorine-containing environments as well as in sodium hydroxide solutions.

• Coal gasification device
• Vitrification equipment for radioactive waste disposal
• Incinerator
• Petrochemical processing furnace
• Burners and pipes for processing sulfuric acid

Machinability: Inconel 690 is easily machined using conventional machining (machining with the introduction of commercial coolants).

Weldability: Inconel Alloy 690 can be welded using metal arc, gas tungsten arc, gas metal arc, and submerged arc welding.

Easy to harden: Inconel 690 is designed to harden easily and is suitable for industrial use. Generally, cold working process is required for hardening.

Q: Can you provide us sample, is it free or need to pay?

A: If you don't need to print your logo or other artwork on the products, we will not charge any cost, just tell us your freight collect account like Fedex, DHL, TNT. If you don't have, we need to charge Express fee properly.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment<=1000USD, 50% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.or negotiable
