Incoloy ASTM B163 UNS N08825 Metal Round Pipe
Incoloy ASTM B163 825 Bright Seamless Tube is a high-performance tube made of nickel-iron-chromium-molybdenum alloy (Ni 38-46%, Cr 19.5-23.5%, Mo 2.5-3.5%, Cu 1.5-3.0%) manufactured by cold rolling/cold drawing process and bright annealing, which meets the requirements of ASTM B163 standard. This material has the following remarkable features: excellent corrosion resistance, especially suitable for reducing acidic environments such as sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid (resistant to 5% sulfuric acid/60℃), its PREN value ≥30, outstanding resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, and passed NACE MR0175 acidic environment certification; good mechanical properties, tensile strength ≥550MPa, yield strength ≥240MPa, elongation ≥30%, both high strength and excellent formability; the surface is bright annealed, the finish reaches Ra≤0.8μm, effectively reducing fluid resistance. The product has an operating temperature range of -200℃ to 550℃, and titanium stabilization treatment (Ti≥0.6%) effectively prevents intergranular corrosion in the sensitized zone, making it particularly suitable for direct use after welding. It is widely used in the fields of petrochemicals, marine engineering, environmental protection equipment, etc. It is an ideal choice for harsh corrosive environments such as sour gas field pipelines, flue gas desulfurization systems, and chemical wastewater treatment equipment.
