Incoloy UNS N08825 Bright Metal Seamless Pipe

Incoloy UNS N08825 bright seamless pipe is a high-performance pipe made of nickel-iron-chromium-molybdenum alloy (Ni 38-46%, Cr 19.5-23.5%, Mo 2.5-3.5%, Cu 1.5-3.0%) manufactured by cold rolling/cold drawing process and bright annealing, with a tensile strength of ≥620MPa and an elongation of ≥30%, and a surface finish of Ra≤0.8μm. The material is strengthened by molybdenum-copper composite and stabilized by titanium (Ti≥0.6%), and exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in reducing acids such as sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid (resistant to 5% sulfuric acid/60℃), and its resistance to chloride pitting (PREN≥30) is significantly better than that of conventional stainless steel, and has passed NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 acid environment certification. Its operating temperature range covers -200℃ to 550℃, and it still maintains excellent impact toughness under cryogenic conditions (-196℃ impact energy>80J). At the same time, the addition of titanium effectively prevents intergranular corrosion in the sensitized interval, making it particularly suitable for direct use after welding. It is mainly used in extreme corrosive environments such as submarine acid gas field pipelines, wet phosphoric acid evaporators, and flue gas desulfurization devices. It complies with ASTM B423/ASME SB423 standards and can provide customized services such as ID/OD double polishing and PMI testing. It is an ideal choice for solving complex corrosion conditions.
