Incoloy Alloy UNS N08811 Fine Polishing Plate
Incoloy UNS N08811 fine polished plate is a high-temperature corrosion-resistant alloy material that has been precisely mirror-polished (Ra≤0.2μm) and is designed for extreme high temperature and strong corrosion environments. The alloy is based on nickel-chromium (Ni 32-35%, Cr 19-23%) and is reinforced with aluminum-titanium composite (Al+Ti≤0.85%). It still maintains excellent anti-oxidation and anti-carburization properties at a high temperature of 1150°C, and is particularly suitable for harsh carbon/sulfur environments such as ethylene cracking furnaces and heat treatment equipment. The fine polishing process not only gives the material a mirror-like smooth surface, significantly reduces particle adsorption and medium residue, but also further improves its stability in high-temperature corrosion environments. The plate has a tensile strength of 480-690MPa and an elongation of 30-45%, and has good hot and cold processing performance and weldability (supports TIG/MIG welding). It is mainly used in semiconductor high-temperature process equipment, chemical precision reactor internal components, aerospace hot end components and other fields that have dual requirements for surface cleanliness and high-temperature corrosion resistance. It is a high-end solution under the synergistic effect of high temperature (≤1150℃), corrosion and ultra-clean environment.
