Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Pipe Fittings

Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Pipe Fitting are a family of nickel-iron-chromium alloys designed for use at temperatures ranging from cryogenic to elevated temperatures in the range of 2000°F (1093°C). Incoloy 800 has excellent corrosion resistance and is easily formed, machined, and welded. Incoloy 800H is a solution-annealed version that offers higher strength while retaining much of the same corrosion resistance as the standard Incoloy 800. Incoloy 800HT pipe fitting is further strengthened by way of increased levels of carbon, aluminum, titanium, and other elements.

Incoloy 800 and Incoloy 800H are nickel-chromium-iron alloys that offer excellent high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance. The main difference between the two is the carbon content. Incoloy 800H has a higher carbon content than Incoloy 800, which makes it more suitable for high-temperature applications. Incoloy 800 is typically used at temperatures up to 1100°C, while Incoloy 800H can be used up to 1150°C.

Incoloy 800 pipe fitting are used in a variety of high-temperature applications such as oil and gas production, petrochemical refineries, power plants, food processing, pulp and paper production, etc. The alloy is known for its corrosion resistance to various sour environments, excellent strength at high temperatures, and good creep rupture strength.
