Incoloy Alloy UNS N08800 Fine Polishing Plate

Incoloy 800 fine polished sheet is a nickel-iron-chromium high temperature alloy (Ni 30-35%, Cr 19-23%, Fe ≥39.5%), which is processed by precision mirror polishing to obtain an ultra-smooth surface (Ra≤0.2μm), showing excellent stability in high temperature corrosive environment. The material forms a stable oxide film through the addition of trace amounts of titanium and aluminum (Ti 0.15-0.6%, Al 0.15-0.6%), so that it still maintains excellent anti-carburization and anti-sulfurization properties at a high temperature of 815℃, and is particularly suitable for harsh carbon/sulfur environments such as ethylene cracking furnaces and heat treatment equipment. Fine polishing not only gives the material a perfect surface finish, significantly reduces the risk of medium adhesion and particle contamination, but also further enhances its antioxidant capacity in high temperature environments. The sheet has a tensile strength of 450-600MPa and an elongation of 30-45%, and has good cold and hot processing performance and weldability (supports TIG/MIG welding). It is mainly used in semiconductor high-temperature process equipment, chemical precision reactor lining, heat treatment furnace radiation tube and other fields that have dual requirements for surface cleanliness and high-temperature corrosion resistance. It is an ideal solution for the synergistic effects of high temperature (≤815℃), corrosion and ultra-clean environment in the petrochemical and electronics industries.
