Incoloy 800 pickled sheet is a nickel-iron-chromium high-temperature corrosion-resistant alloy (Ni 30-35%, Cr 19-23%, Fe≥39.5%). After hot-rolled pickling (HRAP) treatment, the surface presents a uniform matte state (Ra 0.8-3.2μm), and has excellent comprehensive performance in high-temperature corrosive environments. The material forms a stable protective oxide film through the precisely controlled titanium and aluminum content (Ti 0.15-0.6%, Al 0.15-0.6%), so that it still maintains excellent anti-carburization and anti-sulfurization capabilities at a high temperature of 815℃, and is particularly suitable for harsh carbon/sulfur-containing working conditions such as ethylene cracking furnaces and heat treatment equipment. The pickling process effectively removes the surface oxide layer, significantly improving the welding performance and subsequent processing quality of the material. The plate has a tensile strength of 450-600MPa and an elongation of 30-45%, and has good hot and cold processing performance and weldability (supports TIG/MIG welding). It is mainly used in high temperature corrosion environments such as petrochemical cracking furnace tubes, heat treatment furnace radiation tubes, chemical reactor internals, etc. It is particularly suitable for the manufacture of heat-resistant and pressure-bearing components that work for a long time in the temperature range of 540-815℃. It is an economical and efficient solution under the working conditions of high temperature, corrosion and mechanical stress synergistic effects.
