Incoloy 800 alloy steel pipes usually contain 15-25% Cr, 30-45% Ni, and a small amount of aluminum and titanium.
Incoloy 800 cold-rolled steel pipes are in the austenite single zone after rapid cooling from high temperature, so the use state is a single austenite structure. With a high chromium content and sufficient nickel content, it has high high temperature corrosion resistance and is widely used in industry.
Incoloy 800 heat exchanger steel pipes can be manufactured by a variety of processes, including hot rolling or cold rolling, and are heat treated, oxidized or pickled.
