W c-2000 Hastelloy Metal Pipe
Hastelloy W alloy is a nickel-based alloy composed of nickel, molybdenum, chromium, cobalt and other elements. Hastelloy W alloy has a nickel content of approximately 60%. Hastelloy W is a solid solution strengthened alloy, mainly used for welding dissimilar alloys. It can be used for gas tungsten arc welding straight-cut filament, gas metal arc welding layer wound wire, and coated electrode. The performance of dissimilar welded joints made from alloy w depends on the alloy to which they are joined, but they are often used in various combinations. It is also produced in sheet and sheet form for structural applications up to 760 °C (1400 °f).
