Hastelloy slip-on flange and its functions:
Hastelloy slip-on flange is a ring-shaped device that slides on the surface of the pipe. It is recommended to use a diameter slightly larger than the pipe to cover the surface. The pipe is then welded using fillet welds and a quality joint without leaks is secured. These flanges have excellent resistance to pitting corrosion and have a rust-free flat finish on the surface. They allow high pressure flows and have excellent stress cracking strength. They are recommended for their excellent tensile strength and toughness in extreme conditions. It does not contaminate in warm and mildly sour environments. These flanges are easy to install onto the pipe and require less maintenance.
