Hastelloy B thick-walled pipe is a seamless, thick-walled Hastelloy B pipe. Compared with Hastelloy B seamless pipe, it not only inherits high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, but also has better high pressure resistance. Therefore, Hastelloy B thick-walled tubes are often used in high-pressure equipment. In the manufacturing process, due to the thicker wall thickness, cold rolling and cold drawing processes are no longer applicable, so the Hastelloy B thick-walled pipe is perforated and hot-rolled from Hastelloy B round bar.
