Hastelloy C22 Flanges is a high-performance nickel-based alloy that exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in harsh environments, high strength, and excellent mechanical properties at both high and low temperatures. Hastelloy C22 Flanges are commonly used in high-temperature and high-pressure applications, such as in the chemical and petrochemical industries, aerospace and defense, and marine applications.
Hastelloy C22 Flanges are Nickel, Chromium, and Molybdenum Flanges with Tungsten added and a high Chromium content, offering them the capability to be easily functional in both oxidizing and reducing environments. In chloride solutions, these components offer resistance to pitting and stress corrosion cracking. The greater chromium content provides good resistance to oxidation and corrosion.
