Duplex Steel is an Alloy comprising 25 % Chromium, 4 % Molybdenum, and 7 % Nickel. Meanwhile, Super Duplex is made up of 25% chromium, 7% nickel, and 4% molybdenum. Both Duplex Steel, as well as Super Duplex Steel Pipes and Tubes, have strong basic, localized, and stress corrosion resistance qualities, as well as moderate durability and exceptional higher hardness.

Super Duplex Stainless Steel Features
Duplex Stainless Steel or DSS has a two-phase structure and the properties of both ferritic and austenitic stainless steel. These Pipe and Tube are highly resistant to corrosion and has high strength. In the low C state, it is alloyed with 18 to 280 percent of Cr and 3 to 10 percent of Ni. Super Duplex Steel Tubes have a blended microstructure of austenite and ferrite 50 / 50 that provides more strength than other grades. Super Duplex Steel Pipes and Tubes provided here come up with the option of selecting lesser thicknesses without sacrificing quality or performance. Due to the material's improved tensile and yield strength, these Duplex Steel Pipes and Tubes have cheaper alloying costs when comparing to other ferritic and austenitic grades with greater corrosion resistance in chloride comprising situations. The moderate amounts of these components are what give super duplex stainless steel its good corrosion resistance over duplex stainless steel.
Super Duplex Steel Pipes/ Tubes have much more value than Duplex Steel Pipes/ Tubes, owing to its increased Nickel content. Super Duplex, on the other hand, can tolerate harsh situations such as those prevalent in the maritime or petrochemical sectors for a longer period of time than duplex steel and is stronger.
