Product Introduction

GH4169 alloy is a precipitation-hardened nickel-based high-temperature alloy, which is widely used in the aero-engine industry. Rotor components such as compressor disks, shafts as well as turbine disks, compressor blades and power transmission shafts are usually made of this alloy. GH4169 alloy can provide operating conditions up to a maximum service temperature of about 650°C to meet the requirements of rotor components. For example, high tensile strength, fracture toughness, oxidation resistance and excellent stress crack resistance are obtained.

The workpiece must be surface cleaned before and during heating to keep the surface clean. If the heating environment contains sulfur, phosphorus, lead or other low melting point metals, the GH4169 alloy will become brittle. Impurities are derived from painted paint, chalk, lubricating oil, water, fuel, and the like. The sulfur content of the fuel should be low. For example, the impurity content of liquefied gas and natural gas should be less than 0.1%, the sulfur content of city gas should be lower than 0.25g/m3, and the sulfur content of petroleum gas should be less than 0.5%.
The heated electric furnace is preferably provided with a relatively precise temperature control capability, and the furnace gas must be neutral or weakly alkaline, and the composition of the furnace gas should be prevented from fluctuating in oxidizing and reducing properties.
