GH3625 High Temperature Alloy Steel Bar Description

GH3625 alloy is mainly composed of nickel, chromium, molybdenum, niobium and other elements. The ratio of these elements has been carefully designed, so that the alloy can still maintain stable performance in high temperature environment. Among them, nickel as a matrix element gives the alloy good corrosion resistance and high temperature strength; the addition of chromium improves the alloy's oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance; molybdenum and niobium are the main strengthening elements of the alloy, which significantly improves the alloy's high temperature strength and creep resistance.

GH3625 alloy physical and mechanical properties
GH3625 high temperature alloy has excellent mechanical stability and corrosion resistance in high temperature environments. This alloy can maintain good strength and toughness at temperatures up to 980°C (1800°F), while also having excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance. Especially in chloride, sulfide and acid environments, the resistance of GH3625 alloy is particularly outstanding. In addition, GH3625 alloy also has high processing plasticity and can be formed through forging, hot rolling, hot extrusion and other processing technologies to meet the manufacturing needs of various complex parts.
Superalloy GH3625 Application fields
Aerospace: GH3625 is used to manufacture high-temperature engine parts, such as turbine blades, combustion chambers, guide vanes, engine casings, mounting edges and cylinders, fuel manifolds, etc. These components need to maintain high stability and reliability under extreme temperature and pressure conditions.
Petrochemical: GH3625 is used to ensure long-term stable operation and corrosion resistance of equipment in high temperature and corrosive media environments, such as the manufacture of reactors, heat exchangers, and pipelines.
Nuclear engineering: It is used to manufacture key components of nuclear reactors, including fuel element cladding, reactor pressure vessels, etc., because it has good radiation and oxidation resistance and can withstand the high temperature and strong radiation generated by nuclear reactions.
