GH3536 alloy is a material widely used in the development of new aeroengines. It is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy with a high Fe content and is mainly solid-solution strengthened with Cr and Ni. It is equivalent to Hastelloy-x in the United States. This alloy has a low density (density is only 823g/cm³), which can reduce the weight of the engine. At the same time, it also has excellent oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, medium durability and creep strength below 900°C. In addition, it has good hot and cold processing formability and is very suitable for manufacturing aeroengine combustion chamber components and other high-temperature components.
GH4049 is a Ni-Co-Cr-based deposition hardening deformed high-temperature alloy with an application temperature below 950°C. The alloy has good oxidation resistance below 1000°C and high high-temperature compressive strength below 950°C, and is suitable for the production of natural gas turbocharger blades with operating temperatures of 850°C to 950°C. Key equipment includes hot-rolled and forged bar stock and free-forged turbine blades.
