GH3044 is a nickel-based alloy tubing that is ideal for aero-engines due to its high-temperature strength (up to 900°C/1650°F), excellent oxidation resistance, and good mechanical properties (such as high plasticity and weldability). It is used in critical components of the main combustion chamber and afterburner, such as heat shields and guide vanes. Its ability to maintain structural integrity under extreme high-temperature and high-pressure conditions makes it a reliable material for high-performance aerospace applications.
GH3044 nickel-based tubing is suitable for high-temperature applications. Made from a forged nickel-based superalloy, GH3044 exhibits excellent oxidation resistance. Its unique structure allows it to withstand high temperatures, corrosion, and oxidation, and resists extreme impacts and thermal fatigue cracking. Even under sustained stress at temperatures below 900°C (maximum 900°C), the material retains its ductility.
