GNEE GH3030 High-Temperature Alloy Seamless Tubes for Industrial Furnaces
GH3030 high-temperature alloy seamless tubes are suitable for industrial furnaces due to their high strength and oxidation resistance at high temperatures, as well as excellent thermal fatigue and thermal shock properties. This nickel-based alloy has a simple solid solution strengthening structure, exhibits good mechanical properties below 800°C, and maintains its strength up to approximately 1100°C. Furthermore, the tubes possess good cold stamping and welding properties, and their seamless design ensures integrity under pressure and thermal expansion.
GH3030 is a high-temperature alloy, also known as Inconel 713C. It is a nickel-based superalloy with excellent high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and creep resistance. This alloy contains significant amounts of nickel, chromium, and aluminum, as well as trace amounts of other elements such as iron, cobalt, and titanium.
GH3030 tubing is commonly used in applications requiring high-temperature resistance, such as gas turbines, aerospace components, and industrial furnaces. These tubings can withstand temperatures up to approximately 1100°C (2012°F) while maintaining their mechanical properties.
