FS-85 is a niobium superalloy widely used in the aerospace industry. It can be used as a structural material in space shuttle engines, rocket nozzles and jet aircraft heat exchange tubes.
FS-85 is a high strength niobium alloy. FS-85 uses niobium as the base metal, adding a large amount of tungsten, molybdenum, titanium, zirconium and other metal elements and a small amount of carbon element. C129Y niobium alloy forms solid solution strengthening and combines with Nb and Zr to form niobium alloy, such as FS 85. This alloy has high tensile strength, creep strength and fatigue strength in the range of 1300℃ to 1600℃.

Fs-85 Niobium Alloy Tube
FS-85 niobium alloy uses secondary electron beam pure niobium-hafnium and titanium-zirconium plates as raw materials, and is cast into ingots with diameters of 70mm, 110mm, 160mm, and 220mm through two vacuum consumable arc castings. FS-85 niobium alloy can be made into plates, foils, rods, wires, rings and forgings of different thicknesses.
