Copper Nickel 90/10 Round Bars/Rods are an austenitic alloy comprise of nickel, copper, and iron. It is highly resistant to the effect of acid, particularly sulfur acid which is most lethal. It portrays excellent resistance to corrosion both pitting and crevice even in the presence of chemicals containing chlorides. It gives you similar resistance in the presence of sulphuric, phosphoric and nitric acids. Copper Nickel 90/10 contains niobium. It gives stabilization to the product against sensitization. They are a perfect blend of corrosion resistance with enhanced mechanical properties and ease of fabrication.

Because of their unique useful properties, Copper Nickel 90 / 10 bars are specified for marine engineering applications, such as in shipbuilding and repair, desalination plants, offshore oil and gas structures and power generation.
