Which is better C22 or C276?
C-22 is often used as a weld filler/consumable insert material because of its better weldability and ability to over-alloy, thereby improving corrosion resistance. C-22 also provides superior resistance to intergranular corrosion in the heat-affected zone of the weldment compared to C-276.
