What material is N06686? N06686 chemical composition?
Alloy 686 corresponding grades:
UNS NO6686, 2.4606, NS3309, inconel686
Alloy 686 main ingredients:
57Ni-21Cr-16Mo-4W-0.01C
Alloy 686 features and applications:
Excellent corrosion resistance, can be used as a universal weld filler metal.
Alloy 686 was specially developed to find an alloy that would exhibit outstanding corrosion resistance in many harsh corrosive environments.
686 alloy is used in the harshest working environments, mainly in chemical processing, pollution prevention, pulp and paper making, industrial waste and domestic waste treatment. Chemical processing includes heat exchangers, reactors, evaporators and transfer piping. In terms of air pollution prevention and control, there are chimney linings, pipes, furnace doors, scrubbers, flue gas reheaters, propellers, and outer covers.
