What material is Inconel
Inconel is a heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant nickel-chromium-iron alloy, a nickel-based alloy.
Commonly used grades include Inconel625, Inconel600, Inconel601, inconel718, inconelx750, etc.

Incone l625
Overview of Incone l625 features and application fields:
This alloy is a solid solution strengthened nickel-based deformed high-temperature alloy with molybdenum and niobium as the main strengthening elements. It has excellent corrosion resistance and high oxidation properties, good tensile properties and fatigue properties from low temperature to 980°C, and is salt resistant. Stress corrosion in fog atmosphere. Therefore, it can be widely used in manufacturing aerospace engine parts, aerospace structural components and chemical equipment.

Inconel625 metallographic structure:
The structure of the alloy in the solid solution state is an austenite matrix and a small amount of TiN, NbC, and M6C phases. After long-term aging at 650~900°C, the precipitated phases are γ', δ, M23C6, and M6C.
Inconel625 process performance and requirements:
1. This alloy has good cold and hot forming properties, and the heating temperature for steel ingot forging is 1120°C.


2. The average grain size of the alloy is closely related to the deformation degree and final forging temperature of the forging.
3. The alloy has good welding performance. It can be used for argon arc welding with tungsten electrode or this alloy as additive under protective atmosphere. Brazing connection and resistance seam welding can also be used.
4. Surface treatment process: When removing the oxide scale on the alloy surface, it is first washed with alkali, and then pickled in nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid-aqueous solution.
5. When the processing amount is greater than 15% during cold working of the alloy, annealing treatment must be carried out after hot working.

Components for organic chemical processes containing chlorides, especially where acidic chloride catalysts are used;
Digesters and bleaching tanks for the pulp and paper manufacturing industry;
Absorption tower, reheater, flue gas inlet baffle, fan (humidity), agitator, guide plate and flue in the flue gas desulfurization system;
For the manufacture of equipment and components for use in sour gas environments;
Acetic acid and acetic anhydride reaction generator;
Sulfuric acid condenser, etc.

Incone l600 nickel-based alloy
Overview of Inconel600 features and application areas:
The alloy is a nickel-chromium-iron-based solid solution strengthened alloy with good high-temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent hot and cold processing and welding properties, and satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 700°C. The alloy can be strengthened by cold working, and can also be connected by resistance welding, solution welding or brazing. It is suitable for making anti-oxidation parts that can withstand low loads below 1100°C.
