What is Incoloy 800HT Flanges?
Incoloy 800HT flanges are components made from a nickel-chromium-iron alloy designed for high temperature and corrosive environments. They are particularly known for their excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization and creep rupture, and are used in applications such as heat exchangers, chemical processing and aerospace components.

What is an 800HT flange?
Incoloy 800 flanges have a carbon content range of 0 - 0.10%, while 800H increases the minimum carbon content to 0.05%. Likewise, the base 800 grade has a total aluminum and titanium content requirement of 0.30 - 1.20%, while the 800HT flange increases the minimum aluminum and titanium content to 0.85% and the minimum carbon content to 0.06%.
