Inconel 600
Inconel600 alloy is a nickel-chromium-iron-based solid solution strengthened alloy with good high-temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent hot and cold processing and welding properties, and satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 700°C.
product description
The alloy can be strengthened by cold working, and can also be connected by resistance welding, solution welding or brazing. It is suitable for making anti-oxidation parts that can withstand low loads below 1100°C.

Application areas
●Thermowells in corrosive atmosphere
●Vinyl chloride monomer production: resistant to chlorine, hydrogen chloride, oxidation and carbonation corrosion
●Uranium is oxidized and converted into hexafluoride: resistant to hydrogen fluoride corrosion
●Production and use areas of corrosive alkali metals, especially environments where sulfides are used
●Preparation of titanium dioxide using chlorine gas method
●Production of organic or inorganic chlorides and fluorides: resistant to chlorine and fluorine corrosion
●Nuclear reactor
●Retorts and components in heat treatment furnaces, especially in carbonizing and nitriding atmospheres
●For catalytic regenerators in petrochemical production, alloy 600H is recommended for applications above 700°C to obtain a longer service life.
Titanium dioxide
●Has good resistance to reduction, oxidation and nitriding media corrosion
●Has good resistance to stress corrosion cracking at room temperature and high temperature
●Has good resistance to corrosion by dry chlorine gas and hydrogen chloride gas
●It has good mechanical properties at zero, room temperature and high temperature z
Due to the control of carbon content and grain size, it has good creep rupture resistance and is recommended for use in working environments above 700°C.
