Inconel 625 Flange Exported To Thailand

Inconel 625 is a superalloy that is highly resistant to corrosion and high temperatures. Flanges made from Inconel 625 are commonly used in applications where the N06625 flange needs to withstand extreme conditions, such as in the oil and gas industry or in high-pressure steam systems.

The Inconel 625 flanges also refer to pipe flanges made from ASTM B564 UNS N06625 forgings or ASTM B443 Grade N06625 plates. Inconel 625 is the famous proprietary tradename of alloy 625, which has the nominal chemical designation of 60Ni-22Cr-9Mo-3.5Nb. Inconel 625 SO flange is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with an addition of niobium that acts with the molybdenum to stiffen the alloy's matrix and thereby provide high strength without a strengthening heat treatment.

The Inconel 625 weld neck flange resists a wide range of severe corrosive environments and is especially resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion. Inconel 625 blind flange is usually used at service temperatures ranging from -325°F [-198°C] to 1200°F [649°C] in annealed condition. The Inconel alloy 625 flanges can be used in chemical and petrochemical processing, marine engineering, pollution-control piping, nuclear power systems, coal gasification and liquefaction piping, as well as pulp and paper industries.

Inconel Alloy Flanges

Inconel 625 flanges are typically made by forging or machining from a solid piece of 2.4856. Inconel 625 flat face flanges are available in a variety of sizes and pressure ratings, and can be customized to meet specific requirements.

Some of the key properties of SB 564 INCONEL 625 flanges include:

1. High strength and toughness

2. Excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation

3. Good fatigue resistance

4. High thermal stability
