On June 13, 2024, we supplied a batch of high-quality Incoloy A-286 bars to our Bangladeshi customers, who had high requirements on the size and mechanical properties of the materials. In the end, the customers were very satisfied with the entire batch of goods.
The customer has requirements for the performance of this batch of materials. Incoloy A-286 is a precipitation-strengthened high-temperature alloy that can achieve very high strength through aging treatment. The alloy required by the customer has the following strengths:
- Tensile strength ≥965MPa
- Yield strength ≥655MPa
- Elongation ≥12%
- Hardness: 277~363HB
In addition, the customer also requires a bar diameter tolerance of ±0.038mm, which requires us to carefully grind the round bars.
With so many requirements, the customer naturally has some concerns about the performance of the material and requires samples to be provided before shipment in order to test the performance and size of the material. And it is precisely because we have full confidence in the material that we are happy to provide samples.
In the end, the sample passed the test and the customer was very satisfied with the entire order.
