Monel 400 TGI sheet (Threaded and Grooved Inserts) is a nickel-copper alloy sheet designed for highly corrosive environments. It is made of Monel 400 alloy (Ni≥63%, Cu 28-34%) and has excellent corrosion resistance to seawater, acidic and alkaline media. The surface of the sheet is specially processed with threads and grooves to provide stronger mechanical connection performance and interface bonding strength. It is particularly suitable for chemical equipment linings, offshore platform structural parts and high-pressure pipeline connections, etc., where both corrosion resistance and mechanical strength are required. The sheet thickness ranges from 5 to 50 mm and meets ASTM B127 standards. It has the inherent high strength (tensile strength ≥480 MPa) and good welding properties of Monel 400, making it an ideal material choice for equipment manufacturing and maintenance under harsh working conditions.
