INCOLOY 925 (UNS N09925) is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper, and titanium. This alloy is specifically designed for high strength and exceptional corrosion resistance, particularly in harsh environments such as sour gas chloride-containing environments, and marine applications. Its excellent mechanical properties and resistance to stress-corrosion cracking make it ideal for demanding oil & gas, marine, and chemical processing applications.

Description:
INCOLOY 925 (UNS N09925) is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant alloy designed for applications in aggressive environments, especially in the oil & gas sector. Its high nickel content provides excellent resistance to stress-corrosion cracking caused by chlorides and hydrogen sulfide, while the additions of molybdenum, copper, and titanium enhance its resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and intergranular attack.
The alloy can be precipitation-hardened to achieve high mechanical strength without compromising corrosion resistance. This makes INCOLOY 925 ideal for components that require both high strength and resistance to corrosive environments, such as downhole and wellhead equipment.
