The processing site of 316 stainless steel pipes should be relatively stable, and rubber sheet cushions should be laid on the workbench to prevent damage to the surface of 316 stainless steel pipes. Before installing and welding 316 stainless steel pipes, carefully clean the surface of oil stains, dust and other debris. When welding, argon arc welding should be used as much as possible. If manual arc welding is used, a small current should be used for rapid welding, and it is strictly forbidden to start an arc in the non-welding area.
The ground wire used should be selected in an appropriate position and connected firmly to prevent the arc from burning the surface or the burn area from being too large. Anti-splash measures should be adopted during welding. After welding, when cleaning the welding slag, a stainless steel flat shovel should be used, and a carbon steel flat shovel should not be used. The weld should be carefully sharpened to make the weld and the parent material surface smoothly transition, without slag, pores, undercut, spatter, cracks, lack of fusion and other quality defects. After the stainless steel parts are welded, the surface should be cleaned in time.
