What is the difference between Inconel 625 Plate and incoloy 825 Plate?
Inconel 625 plate is a high-performance nickel-based alloy material, which is widely used in aviation, chemical industry, petroleum and marine engineering due to its excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature strength. Incoloy 825 plate contains Cr, Mo and Cu, and has good corrosion resistance to both oxidizing and non-oxidizing acids.

Can Inconel 625 be hardened?
The process helps increase the strength and hardness of the material. Inconel 625 is typically precipitation hardened at temperatures between 540°C and 620°C for approximately 8 hours.

Is 825 alloy stainless steel?
825 alloy is a nickel-based alloy, which means that the most abundant element in it is nickel, which accounts for 38-46% of the total content. It also contains iron, chromium and molybdenum, but in lower proportions. Stainless steel is a type of steel that is corrosion-resistant.

What is the ASTM standard for Incoloy 825?
ASTM B423 UNS N08825 Alloy 825 Welded Pipe and Cold Drawn Annealed Incoloy 825 Pipe Suppliers. Incoloy 825 is one of the most effective alloy choices for harsh environments. Its suitability in various climatic conditions, especially in terms of general and localized corrosion
