Inconel 600 is a second-generation nickel-chromium corrosion-resistant alloy with a pure austenite structure in solid solution. It has corrosion resistance, heat resistance, oxidation resistance, and is easy to process and weld. It can resist chloride ion stress corrosion cracking, sulfides and oxidizing media in high temperature environments. It has good corrosion resistance in organic acids such as formic acid, acetic acid, and stearic acid, and medium corrosion resistance in inorganic acids. The most outstanding performance is that it can resist the corrosion of dry chlorine and hydrogen chloride, and the application temperature reaches 650 degrees Celsius.
Inconel 600 Application:
Widely used in the manufacture of heaters, distillers, condensers for fatty acid treatment, heat exchangers, evaporators, etc.
