Manganese (Mn): ≤ 0.5%

Incoloy 94 5X nickel-based alloy has excellent mechanical properties under high temperature and high pressure conditions.
Room temperature (25°C): tensile strength ≥ 850 MPa, yield strength ≥ 550 MPa
600°C: tensile strength ≥ 620 MPa, yield strength ≥ 350 MPa
800°C: tensile strength ≥ 450 MPa, yield strength ≥ 250 MPa
Incoloy 945X nickel-based alloy also has excellent elongation and hardness, ensuring that the material has good plasticity and wear resistance under high stress conditions:
Elongation (EL): ≥ 25%
Hardness (HRB): ≤ 90
Incoloy 945X nickel-based alloy performs well in various corrosive environments, especially in terms of resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking (SCC) and pitting corrosion.
The following are the corrosion resistance of the alloy in different corrosive media:
In 10% HCl (hydrochloric acid) solution: corrosion rate ≤ 0.05 mm
In 10% H2SO4 (sulfuric acid) solution: corrosion rate ≤ 0.02 mm
In 10% NaOH (sodium hydroxide) solution: no obvious corrosion
Heat treatment and welding performance
The heat treatment process of Incoloy 945X nickel-based alloy includes solution treatment and aging treatment, which can significantly improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the alloy. The specific heat treatment parameters are as follows:
Solution treatment temperature: 1020°C - 1080°C, holding time: 1-2 hours, rapid cooling
Aging treatment temperature: 650°C - 700°C, holding time: 4-8 hours, air cooling
In terms of welding performance, Incoloy 945X nickel-based alloy has good weldability and can be welded by various methods such as TIG (tungsten inert gas welding), MIG (metal inert gas welding) and manual arc welding.
