GENERAL PROPERTIES
Alloy 75 (UNS N06075, Nimonic 75) is a 80/20 nickel-chromium alloy with controlled additions of titanium and carbon. Nimonic 75 has good mechanical properties and oxidation resistance at high temperatures. Alloy 75 is most commonly used for sheet metal fabrications which require oxidation and scaling resistance together with medium strength at high operating temperatures. Alloy 75 (Nimonic 75) is also used in gas turbine engines, for components of industrial furnaces, for heat treating equipment and fixtures, and in nuclear engineering.
RESISTANCE TO CORROSION
This alloy exhibits good corrosion resistance, mechanical properties and heat resistance. Some of the standard forms in which this alloy is available are extruded section, hexagon flats, pipe, plate, strip and wire.

WELDING
Alloy 75 should preferably be welded in the annealed condition, and post-weld treatment is not normally necessary unless corrosion conditions are severe. MMA, TIG, MIG and submerged-arc processes may be used, as may electron beam, oxy-acetylene and resistance welding.
HEAT TREATMENT
For bar products, heat for 30-60 minutes to 1050°C (1920°F) followed by air cooling.
For sheet products, 5-10 minutes at 1050°C F (1920°F) followed by air cooling, or, before welding, 5-10 minutes at 1050°C (1920°F) and air cool, plus an optional 10 minutes at the same temperature followed by air cooling.

Our factory
Our factory is equipped with state-of-the-art production facilities. The facility features advanced melting and thermo-mechanical processing lines, including Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM) furnaces and precision rolling mills, which transform raw materials into high-performance alloy products in forms such as plates, sheets, tubes, and bars. To ensure that every product meets the most stringent international standards and customer drawing requirements, we operate an in-house laboratory with comprehensive testing capabilities. Testing includes spectrometric chemical analysis, mechanical property testing, and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods such as ultrasonic and penetrant inspection. Governed by a certified quality management system, our integrated production process-from raw materials to finished products-ensures full traceability and consistent quality assurance.
