GNEE is a leading manufacturer and premium retailer of Nimonic 75/80/90 sheet metal. Our Nimonic 75/80/90 sheet metal is widely recognized in the industry for its superior corrosion resistance. GNEE's Nimonic 75/80/90 sheet metal is of exceptional quality, and we consistently use the highest quality raw materials in our production. Nimonic 75/80/90 sheet metal offers excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
We offer a variety of qualities, sizes, and grades of Nimonic 75 alloy sheet metal with performance comparable to Nimonic 75 sheet metal (thickness from 2 mm to 12 mm). Nimonic 75 sheet metal thicknesses range from 0.016 inches to 0.156 inches. Larger sizes of Nimonic 75 sheet metal also effectively reduce the heat-affected zone during welding. We also stock and supply extra-large sizes of Nimonic 75 plates, thin and ultra-thin Nimonic alloy 75 strips and films, with thicknesses as low as 2 microns. From steel production to finished product processing, we employ advanced technology and rigorous quality control to ensure stable production and consistent quality of Nimonic 75 hot-rolled plates.
Nimonic alloy 80 plates/sheets include patterned plates, hot-rolled plates, perforated plates, and cold-rolled plates. Nimonic alloys are primarily composed of chromium and nickel. This alloy is known for its low high-temperature creep and excellent machinability. In addition, additives such as titanium, carbon, and aluminum are added. Nickel-chromium-cobalt alloys are available in various grades, such as 80A. Among them, 80A nickel-chromium-cobalt alloy is an age-hardening forming alloy, whose strength mainly comes from alloying elements such as carbon, titanium, and aluminum.
90A nickel-chromium-cobalt alloy is a precipitation-hardening nickel-chromium-cobalt alloy that retains high strength at temperatures up to 704°C (1300°F) and good creep resistance and oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 920°C (1688°F).
