Introduction to Inconel601 alloy:

Inconel601 alloy is a nickel-chromium-iron-based solid solution strengthened alloy. It has good high-temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent hot and cold processing and welding properties, and has satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 700°C. Inconel601 alloy can be strengthened by cold working, and can also be connected by resistance welding, solution welding or brazing. It is suitable for making anti-oxidation parts that can withstand low loads below 1100°C.

Inconel601 alloy melting point: 1320-1370℃

5. Good stress corrosion cracking resistance. Due to the control of carbon content and grain size, Inconel601 alloy has high creep rupture strength. Therefore, Inconel601 alloy is recommended in areas above 500°C.

Inconel601 alloy corrosion resistance:

An important property of Inconel601 alloy is its oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 1180°C. Even under very severe conditions, such as during heating and cooling cycles, Inconel601 alloy can form a dense oxide film to achieve high peeling resistance. 601 has good carbonation resistance. Due to its high chromium and aluminum content, Inconel601 alloy has good oxidation resistance in high-temperature sulfur-containing atmospheres.

1. Trays, baskets and fixtures used in heat treatment factories;

2. Steel wire split annealing and radiant tubes, high-speed gas burners, wire mesh belts in industrial furnaces;

3. Isolation tanks in ammonia reforming and catalytic support grids in nitric acid manufacturing;

4. Exhaust system components;

5. Combustion chamber of solid waste incinerator;

6. Pipe support and soot disposal department.
