What is the composition of 800H material?
800H and 800HT alloys are iron-nickel-chromium solid-solution strengthened alloys with a nominal chemical composition of 42% iron, 34% nickel, and 22% chromium.

Incoloy 800, 800h, and 800ht tubes are dual-certified alloy tubes based on nickel-chromium-iron alloys, exhibiting excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and high-temperature corrosion. The chemical composition of these two alloys is the same as the 800 alloy tube, but with a higher carbon content. The 800ht alloy seamless tube has an addition of 1.0% titanium and aluminum. The 800h alloy tube exhibits excellent rupture properties at temperatures above 600°C and maintains good ductility during long-term use. This 800h round tube material is resistant to oxidizing, reducing, and nitriding environments and remains stable during prolonged high-temperature use. Both 800h and 800ht alloy tubes are easily weldable and can be processed using standard workshop fabrication techniques.
