Inconel X-750 welded pipe is a high temperature alloy, commonly known as nickel-based alloy. It is an alloy composed of elements such as nickel, chromium and tungsten, which has excellent high temperature performance and corrosion resistance. The composition of this alloy is similar to nickel alloy 600.
The welding of Inconel X-750 alloy ERW Pipes requires appropriate welding processes such as TIG (tungsten inert gas shielded welding) or MIG (metal inert gas shielded welding). Before welding, the welding surface needs to be cleaned to remove oxides and dirt.
