Inconel 690 Capillary Tube

Inconel 690 Capillary Tube is a high-chromium-content version of Inconel alloy 600 with excellent resistance to many oxidising acids and salts and some resistance to sulfidation at elevated temperatures. The substantial chromium content gives the alloy outstanding resistance to oxidizing chemicals and to high-temperature oxidizing gases. The high level of nickel imparts resistance to stress corrosion cracking in chloride-containing environments as well as to sodium hydroxide solutions. 

Inconel 690 Capillary Tube Characteristic

• Excellent inoxidability in the high temperature.
• Good resistance to carbonizing.
• Good inoxidabilitiy in sulfur atmosphere
• Good mechanical property in both room temperature and high temperature.
• Good resistance to stress corrosion cracking, 690 have high creep rupture strength since it limits the carbon content and grain size, so recommend to use for above 500℃ environment.
