Inconel 600 Round Pipes are mainly composed of nickel, chromium and iron, and have good high temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, as well as excellent cold and hot processing and welding performance.
The process of annealing Inconel 600 pipe involves several key steps. First of all, annealing treatment is one of the key links, which changes the structure and properties of the material by heating and cooling to improve its plasticity and toughness. The annealing temperature is usually between 980~1065℃, and the holding time depends on the size and thickness of the part, generally 1~2 hours. It shows excellent mechanical properties at both high and low temperatures, becomes stronger during cold processing, and can effectively resist oxidation and reduction conditions.
