Incoloy 800 thick-walled pipe is a seamless, thick-walled Incoloy 800 pipe. Compared with Incoloy 800 seamless pipe, it not only inherits high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, but also has better high pressure resistance. Therefore, Incoloy 800 thick-walled tubes are often used in high-pressure equipment. In the manufacturing process, due to the thicker wall thickness, cold rolling and cold drawing processes are no longer applicable, so the Incoloy 800 thick-walled pipe is perforated and hot-rolled from Incoloy 800 round bar.
