RA330 alloy is a classic high-performance and high-temperature resistant alloy. By adding 1.25% silicon element, it has good high-temperature strength, and it still has good carbonization and oxidation resistance up to 1200°C. At the same time, RA330 is aimed at It is designed to withstand the thermal shock of quenching. RA330 alloy has very excellent resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking. When selecting engineering materials, if conventional stainless steel suffers from stress corrosion (especially at high temperatures), then RA330 would be a good choice.
Incoloy DS was developed as a cost-effective way to strengthen alloys used in corrosion applications. Adding chromium and molybdenum can improve corrosion resistance, and adding nickel and nitrogen can improve resistance to stress corrosion cracking. Incoloy DS has high temperature resistance up to 1000°C and good oxidation resistance. The temperature resistance of Incoloy DS is about 30°C higher than that of the second-generation single crystal alloy CMSX-4 (the maximum service temperature is about (1163°C)), and the service temperature can reach about 1204°C. It also has obvious creep strength advantages.
