Incoloy 800 seamless pipe is a nickel-iron-chromium high-temperature alloy (Ni-Fe-Cr) pipe made by hot extrusion or cold drawing process, with excellent high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. The material maintains stable mechanical properties at extreme temperatures up to 815°C, and is particularly resistant to oxidation, carburizing and nitriding, and is suitable for high-temperature environments in the petrochemical, power and heat treatment industries. Its typical composition (Ni 30-35%, Cr 19-23%, Fe balance) gives it excellent resistance to sulfide corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, while also having good machinability and weldability. Incoloy 800 seamless pipe is widely used in heat exchangers, furnace tubes, cracking furnace tubes and chemical pressure piping systems, providing long-term and reliable performance in high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, and is one of the preferred materials for key equipment in the energy and process industries.
