Incoloy 800 cold drawn seamless tube is a high-performance nickel-iron-chromium alloy (Ni 30-35%, Cr 19-23%) tube made by cold working process, with more precise dimensional tolerance and better surface finish. The tube inherits the inherent characteristics of Incoloy 800 alloy, including excellent high temperature strength (up to 815℃) and oxidation/carburization resistance, while the cold drawing process further improves the mechanical strength and dimensional accuracy of the material (up to ±0.05mm). Its fine grain structure enhances creep resistance and fatigue life, and is particularly suitable for instrument tubes, heat exchanger tubes and precision chemical equipment piping systems with strict requirements. Compared with hot-processed tubes, cold-drawn tubes have higher yield strength (increased by about 15-20%) and better internal surface quality (Ra≤0.8μm), and maintain excellent weldability and formability. Typical applications include high-end fields such as nuclear power plant steam generator heat transfer tubes and petrochemical cracking furnace precision pipe fittings. It is the preferred material for both precision and reliability under high temperature and high pressure environments.
