Incoloy 800HT Flange UNS N08811

Incoloy 800HT or as also known as UNS N08811 is a nickel based super alloy. While alloy 800HT flanges have the same basic chemical makeup as Incoloy alloy 800, the difference between these two alloys is that the chemistry of Incoloy 800HT has been controlled. This modification in the control of the elements is what gives the Incoloy 800ht Flanges with significantly higher creep-rupture strength. The higher strength is also a result of a high temperature annealing performed on the alloy. These properties make the Alloy 800ht Flange well suited to be used in industries such as the chemical and petrochemical processing, in industrial furnaces, and for heat treating equipment as well as in power plants for super-heater and reheater tubing.
