Hastelloy B-3 alloy forging rod is a nickel-molybdenum-based corrosion-resistant alloy with excellent corrosion resistance, excellent thermal stability and good mechanical properties.
At room temperature, the tensile strength of Hastelloy B-3 alloy round rod can reach about 760MPa, and the yield strength is above 330MPa. It has good toughness and ductility and can withstand a certain degree of impact and vibration.
Hastelloy B-3 alloy rod has strong corrosion resistance to non-oxidizing acids such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and other concentrations, and can work stably for a long time. Compared with the original Hastelloy B-2 alloy, the thermal stability of Hastelloy B-3 has been greatly improved, and it can maintain excellent performance at higher temperatures.
