Product Introduction

GH3536 is a Ni-Cr-Fe based solid solution strengthened deformation high temperature alloy, and its corresponding grade for casting is K4536. The alloy has medium endurance strength and creep strength below 900℃; it has good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, good cold and hot processing formability and welding performance. It is suitable for manufacturing parts such as combustion chambers of aircraft engines that are used for a long time below 900℃, and high-temperature parts that are used for a short time with an operating temperature of up to 1080℃. The main products include plates, strips, pipes, bars, forgings, rings and precision castings.

GH3536 Superalloy Heat resistance

GH3536 high temperature alloy has excellent heat resistance and can work for a long time in high temperature environment without obvious performance degradation. Its heat resistance is mainly reflected in oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and creep resistance. In high temperature oxidation environment, GH3536 can form a dense oxide film to effectively protect the alloy matrix from further oxidation; in high temperature corrosion environment, the alloy also shows good corrosion resistance; under high temperature creep conditions, GH3536 has a low creep rate and can maintain good dimensional stability. 

Application fields GH3536 alloy

Due to its excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, GH3536 high-temperature alloy is widely used in aerospace, electric power, petrochemical and other fields. For example, in aircraft engine manufacturing, GH3536 can be used to manufacture high-temperature components such as combustion chambers and turbine blades; in the field of electric power, the alloy can be used to manufacture high-temperature pipes such as superheater tubes and reheater tubes of supercritical boilers; in the field of petrochemicals, GH3536 can be used to manufacture parts for high-temperature reactors, heat exchangers and other equipment.
